About the Artist

I am inspired by nature. I have lived in British Columbia my entire life, I grew up in the Okanagan and lived in Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody and Surrey.  British Columbia has so much natural beauty, the trees, the water, the sky, the sunrise & sunsets, the colours of the seasons to name a few. My inspiration for art began years ago.

After enrolling in art classes from two well established BC artists & in educational programs with the Federation of Canadian Artists I was extremely inspired to be creative. I became a member of the Stave Falls Artist Group, an amazing group of artists.  Painting with the Stave Falls Artist Group, critiquing each other and sharing everyone’s artistic knowledge has stimulated my creativity.

I enjoy painting Landscapes, Still Life, Portraits and Plein Air paintings. My medium is oil on canvas.
